This gram may have cost $2 more than most grams we buy from Lume, but we aren’t sure where the extra value went. This weed was just as dry and terrible as any of the $8 Lume grams we’ve smoked.
The activation time was immediate. We were high in less than 5 minutes. The effects lasted around 45 minutes, and the after-effects were clear and balanced.
Every Lume gram or eighth we’ve bought has come in the same packaging: A round plastic jar that somewhat looks like the to-go cups you use for salsa at Mexican restaurants. Lume nitrogen-seals their grams, but clear plastic packaging is wasteful and can damage weed.
The Lume website indicates that this strain contains myrcene and limonene, but these terpenes were undetectable by aroma or taste. The only aroma we noticed was dried plant material. Our Lume Jenny Kush had a slight flavor profile with vague notes of sweetness and a subtle layer of spice.
We smoked this gram over the course of two 0.5g bowls in a glass pipe. This weed is too dry to roll into a joint, and it will taste terrible in a vaporizer, so a pipe is the way to go.
