Smokiez gummies come in fun, colorful packaging that reminds me of prints on board shorts. I found the labeling to be sufficient, and the package was easy to open and reseal.
Inside was a strip of 10 gummies individually sealed inside child-resistant plastic. By “child-resistant,” I mean you couldn’t just casually open it with your hands.
It’s simply heavier-duty plastic than you usually see with candy. I found that you really need scissors to get Smokiez gummy packaging open properly. If you value your teeth, that is.
That flavor is a shocker. At first, I felt like it was almost too intense. For someone who indulges in gas station fare on a regular basis, the taste of Smokiez Sour Watermelon THC Gummies 10mg might not be too profound.
For me, however, the watermelon flavor seemed to simultaneously melt and explode in my mouth. No, not kinetically like pop rocks. Instead, the combination of the melt-in-your-mouth texture and juicy flavor of my Smokiez watermelon gummies provided a sensation so mouthwatering that I’m tempted to sneak into my stash right now.
It tastes just like what it says. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. These things taste just like sour watermelon, and they have a nice texture to boot.
Now, let’s talk about the aftertaste. As is unsurprising for gummies that contain 10mg distillate THC each, Smokiez Sour Watermelon Gummies have a significantly bitter secondary flavor that kicks in about halfway through chewing up a gummy.
Combined with the other flavors in the gummy, I didn’t mind this aftertaste very much. It served as a visceral reminder that I was ingesting a high-THC product.
