Any one-gram pre-roll that costs more than $10 will always seem overpriced, but with this doobie, at least there’s extra THC thrown into the bargain. If we’d experienced more impressive effects with our Terp Stix Blueberry Pre-Roll, we might have scored it slightly higher.
The effects of this pre-roll seemed to take a while to show up, and they left soon after they finally appeared. For a joint that contains more than 30% THC, our Terp Stix Blueberry Pre Roll was kind of weak.
This is some of the best packaging we’ve seen accompanying a one-shot pre-roll. To be honest, lots of pre-roll packaging isn’t that child-proof, but we like the safety of the tubes chosen by Terp Stix.
The blueberry aroma you notice immediately after you open the container intensifies once the joint is lit. There’s a light cannabis flower scent, but overall, the aroma isn’t too powerful. There’s a very light blueberry and earthy cannabis flavor in your mouth for the first few hits, and the rest of the hits, until the joint runs out, are decidedly on the bitter earthy side.
We smoked the whole joint outside to test it. We’d recommend smoking the whole thing at once to get the full effects. Split into multiple sessions, the Terp Stix Blueberry Pre Roll might prove disappointing.
Blueberry is the indica side of Blue Dream, and it’s a great strain for rest and relaxation of all types. Less euphoric and cerebral than some of its descendants, Blueberry nonetheless also has a pleasant head high that Terp Stix does a pretty good job of recreating in this pre-roll. Overall, though, the joint could have been more potent.
